Our Story · Born on the Slopes of Mount Etna

Our story begins on the slopes of Mount Etna, where olive trees grow rooted in volcanic soil shaped by centuries of eruptions.

Here, at high altitude, our family has cared for these trees generation after generation, respecting the natural rhythm of the land and harvesting the olives by hand. Each tree tells a story of resilience, mineral richness and deep connection with Etna’s unique landscape.

Among our cultivars is the Nocellara Etnea, a native variety closely linked to this territory and valued for its balance, structure and aromatic intensity. The result is an extra virgin olive oil that reflects its origin: authentic, elegant and deeply volcanic.

Our olive trees grow on the fertile volcanic slopes of Mount Etna, in a land shaped by fire, time, and human care.

We cultivate and harvest Nocellara Etnea olives by hand, respecting the natural rhythm of the trees and the uniqueness of this territory.
Each bottle reflects a precise origin, a limited production, and a deep connection between volcanic soil and Mediterranean tradition.
